Frederick’s Lynasia Frazier scored 16 points to help the Cadets beat Upper Darby in the championship game of the Black Division in the Lady Millers Holiday Tournament.
Earlier in the week, she dished out seven assists and had four steals in Frederick’s win over Northwood.
